Employment Law is the law that governs the relationship
between employers and employees. It is set out in the
Employment Contracts Act and some other Acts such as the
Holidays Act and Parental Leave Act. These Acts state
what terms of employment can be governed by an employment
contract and what terms are set out in law.
For businesses employment law can be a minefield. We
can assist in advising employers reliable and timely legal
advice to prevent problems before they arise.
For employees we can provide advice and assistance with
personal grievances and advocacy.

involved in finalising an estate.

Enduring Powers of Attorney are often considered at the same

manage a client’s affairs if they happen to suffer an
incapacitating accident, stroke or debilitating accident.
